"Consistently good service. Owner and her son have done good work, and have been honest with me. Never tried to upsell me, and have done quick work really well. It's worth the drive from Elgin, and I go next door for to Manor Oil & Lube for the rest of my regular maintenance."

"I have to agree with the previous reviews. Awful customer service and extremely dishonest. I purchased from them 4 new tires, and after a visit to Discount tires, I was shown one of them was not new and was falling apart. Another one was new, but it was an off brand tire , which they didn't mention when they sold them to me. When I went to the manager to complain, she disregarded my claim and didn't even investigate the issue. I'll be filling a complaint to the BBB. Beware of this place"

"Great shop, helped me out in a pinch today with my wife’s tire, and decided to replace the other 3 after words. Definitely worth the trip, It’s a small shop but they guys working are awesome, didn’t try to up sale me on stuff, wouldn’t patch the first tire due to it being to bald for them to be comfortable with and that’s ok Would recommend to anyone who wants to shop locally"

"I went to have a hole patched on my tire. The repair man and I both looked at the tire it was not damaged. After patching the tire the machine made a popping and then they replaced the tire. Which was clearly damaged. I told the lady who Works there about it and she began to argue with me about her $9,000 machine that doesn’t do that. But in fact did. She refused to accept any responsibility not so much as an apology. She was rude and just continued to argue. I would not refer anyone to this place. The customer service is the worst by far. It sad to see there are such shady business here in Manor."
