"He showed up 30 minutes late, he did not have the right pair of pliers that he needed to do the job so I had to provide them for him. He lifted up my car at the rotor with the Jack bending the metal shield behind the rotor causing a screeching sound every time the wheels would roll. Instead of doing the smart thing and raising the car up to take off the tire and strengthen things up properly he didn't it the lazy way and took a long screwdriver and bent the s*** out of the shields even worse pressing them up against the ball joints. The picture provided is after I straightened them out a bit but they still are pretty bent up."
