"I had a really great experience at this dentist the first time I went, I have really high anxiety and they were very accommodating. However, trying to get my second cleaning 6 months later (now) has been like pulling teeth. No pun intended. It was canceled twice due to "staffing". The girl on the phone didn't accept my complaints, and tried to argue that "if no one shows up the doctor can't take appointments", sorry but that's not my problem. I'm a working adult that has to take time off in advance for these appointments. Maybe yall should pay your employees more, or treat them better so they actually show up to work. Won't be coming back."
