"I’ve held off writing this review but my experience is still bothering me and I wanted to share it. My 3 month old son starting refusing bottles and would only nurse. It was badly impacting our childcare options and my own mental health. We started working with an occupational therapist and physical therapist who both recommended that he be assessed for a lip or tongue tie. We came here and the doctor told us he does have a lip tie but she didn’t think we needed to have a frenectomy. She suggested giving some more time in physical therapy before considering the frenectomy. Then she said that it doesn’t really matter that he isn’t taking bottles because nursing is better for him anyway. I was floored by that response. My mental health was badly deteriorating because I couldn’t ever be away from my son or have anyone else take care of him, not even my spouse. The entire reason we came to see her was to find a solution for this and her response was to tell me it’s not a problem. It’s an incredibly harmful “breast is best” attitude that is just infuriating. We ended up going to Shine Pediatrician Dental, found amazing support there, and had the frenectomy done. It wildly changed things for my son and for us and we’re so glad we went somewhere else."

"Took my 17 yr old daughter here to evaluate a root canal. While in the exam room the doctor said they do root canals but only on infants & little kids. I told the doctor & her assistant that when I scheduled the appt I specifically asked if they took our insurance & if they do root canals on 17 yr old & I was told they do. The assistant asked me if I got the name of the person who scheduled the appt & I told them no. But it doesn't even matter who scheduled the appt because apparently they weren't trained correctly so the blame is on the office manager & the doctor. They could have told me they didn't do root canals on 17 yr olds at check-in. Then they gave me a referral to another place. The phone number wasn't the correct number to the name of the place. The number was to a braces place. I had to google the correct number & they don't take our insurance or do root canals either. So it seems like this entire office wasn't trained correctly from the doctor to the front desk. This was a huge waste of time & extremely frustrating."

"UPDATE: we’re still taking our twins here (they’re 7 now) as well as their 6 year old and 2 year old sisters!!! Took our 15 month old twins for their first dentist visit. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were great. Super nice, kid friendly, had us in and out as quick as possible. We left feeling very informed as no question was left unanswered. I'm glad I picked this place as the dentist for my girls and look forward to our next appointment in 3 months."

"ALL THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY.. I have a son with ADHD and gets anxiety and every staff and Dr. Deepa treated my son so good and had so much patience with him!! The nurse he had was amazing!!! If you are trying to decide where to take your kids for dental care COME TO THIS OFFICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN TO BE TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND PATIENCE!!!"
