"Service was a bit slow during this trip, which may have been caused by an online coupon that appeared popular. The drinks were made correctly, and the service was friendly at the window. This location is placed in an odd location that can be challenging to enter and exit"

"I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. Definitely the worst one I've been to. We went through the drive-thru and were told that their system was down, so they were only accepting cash. No big deal, we said we had cash and went ahead with our order. But here's the strange part - the three cars in front of us paid with their cards and even used their phones for payment, and they all got their drinks without any issues. It was really odd to witness. When we pulled up to the window, we asked if we could pay with our phone on the app. The employee quickly replied with a "no points" and didn't bother addressing our question properly. Frustrated, we gave him a $100 bill, only to be told that they couldn't accept it. We didn't say anything in return and just drove off without our drinks. This kind of experience is completely new to me when it comes to Starbucks. I absolutely do not recommend this location due to their poor customer service. I also suspect we were misled because all the cars in front of us didn't have to pay in cash. Zero stars"

"This is the worse Starbucks in the area! I’m not sure why but this location’s coffees taste terrible and completely different than any others. We went here again last week and the employee at the window was extremely rude. I made the mistake of ordering incorrectly (hot vs cold) and she asked if I wanted them to change it. I said yes please, I’m sorry. She slammed the window shut. Went to the other employee who was making the drinks and that employee was clearly annoyed as well. It was completely My error on the app but the attitude was absolutely too much. The location in Target is wonderful and worth walking inside over dealing with this service. We’ve given them enough chances, we are done for sure."

"Food average, atmosphere is average. This Starbucks has the nastiest drinks and the slowest service ever! The Starbucks in the Target location is way better. They recently renovated the location but the service is in hell. I always order through the app, the app gave me a time the order will be ready. I get there. Was it ready? No. I went inside and still not ready."
