"They had made a huge mistake but corrected it without any fuss. Hence 4 stars. But quality wise, the donuts just donot seem as good as they were a few years back. The kolaches are more dough than filling. A skinny hot dog that has zero sausage taste or texture, with a tiny bit of cheese that is melted into the bread it practically disappears. Using frozen cheese should mitigate this. The ratio of bread to filling is 2 or 3 to one. The bread is pillowy soft when fresh, and easily swallowed. The crew has always been cheerfully friendly, quick and happy as of they really like their jobs. They are a hometown staple."

"Shipley's is byfar is my absolute favorite but I'm sharing my experience at the store located at 706 Magnolia Blvd. in Magnolia. A 16 Oz. Milk cost a whopping $3.25!! One single plain glazed $1.45. ~ I price compared with Shipley's in Tomball. Their prices are $2.19 Milk and $1.24 Donut. Today is my first and LAST time I ever step foot at the 706 Magnolia Blvd. location. I understand small business is striving to make a buck but this location is gouging its customers."

"Today I went to get breakfast with my kids we've been going here for so long and we have seen new workers but today there was an old lady and a Mexican girl working upstairs and the old lady was doing an order and the Mexican girl asked if she could help and the old lady was beyond disrespectful she told the young lady to stop talking to her and to get out of her way I truly did feel bad for the young lady honestly people that are that rude should not be working in the food industry after hearing that I picked up the table and got my kids out of there they should've have to witness such disrespect. To the young Mexican lady I do feel bad and I'm sorry your getting treated like that at work."

"I've been living in Magnolia for decades, loved shipleys. Always have had a pleasant experience, and workers have always been friendly. However today I experienced an uncomfortable situation, that I had to explain to my children was not right. They witnessed a younger employee there being bluntly rude and disrespectful to another employee to the point where it was hateful. Definitely was evident that the employee was being hateful to the older woman. Had to teach my kids that's not how we treat elders let alone people in general in the work place."
