"The front desk at this office is rude, unprofessional and uncoordinated. Not sure about the Orthodontics and Dentist but front desk needs serious training. Tried to provide info and they hang up. Do better please! Worst experience ever!!"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Called this office about 6 minutes ago regarding my daughter. Asked the lady who answered the phone of my Daughters referral was still good. VERY defense she states no it was from April didn’t let me finish talking. I was calling specifically to get information as why my husband and I were never informed she needed a filing! She was SO RUDE! again defensive! Someone like this should not be answering phone calls. If she doesn’t want to work there she should probably look into doing something else. She hung up on me and said miscommunication was between my husband and when the paper that was handed to my husband clearly stated referred out to female Dr. It’s so sad the staff were really nice and the dentist himself. I believe she’s the owner I’ve heard her accent before. Maybe be nice to people that are bringing business to your business. Ungrateful."

"I was denied my child's dental records because the ladies in the office wanted to leave work an hour early. I was told the sign on the door was wrong and that day was special. Ended up spending the weekend at the hospital for an emergency surgery. Nothing can change what already happened but those records could've helped maybe not who knows. Yall were okay with letting my 4 year old go through more pain than needed possibly. I won't spend any of my money with this place in the future."

"They kindly fit me in same-day here for some pain I was experiencing - the staff super nice and accommodating. The girl who helped me and did X-rays/polish was kind and comforting. The dentist was professional and helpful! Probably best dentist experience I’ve had in my 30 years of life. Looking forward to coming back!"

"I am a veteran and I was sent to this facility for a periodontal deep cleaning and the cleaning that I received was incredibly substandard! It didn’t even equal the cleaning I get from my dental hygienist at the VA! There was no scraping or scaling of my teeth, it was over in about an hour which I would not have expected for a deep cleaning which is usually done in quadrants, no pain relief was required because the deep cleaning wasn’t really done! My teeth did not feel clean when I left there! I didn’t even get my teeth polished with that gritty stuff or a fluoride treatment nor did the dentist even floss my teeth so the VA got ripped off on this appointment and so did I !! I was told by at least two or three other dental offices that I would need three root canals and this dentist said I didn’t need any root canals! And I have been having problems with my TMJ joint popping and clicking and locking in place which generally need means my teeth are out of alignment since I recently had three teeth extracted and when I told the dentist this he didn’t even bother to check my bite and told me I would need to see an oral surgeon to have surgery done to take care of that! I guess I should have realized that something was wrong with this picture when I walked into the dentist beautiful huge office and there was not one single other patient in the whole facility! I also have at least one tooth in the front where the gum has receded all the way down to the root which should have required a skin graft or a referral for a skin graft to repair the issue so the root wouldn’t be exposed and I even spoke with the dentist about that and nothing was done! So needless to say this dentist is very fortunate to have received three stars and that’s primarily because the dental hygienist was very good at her part of the process which was to take the x-rays and she did an awesome job doing that! I was so unimpressed that I don’t even remember the dentist’s name! I don’t know if all patients get treated the way I was or if this is how he takes care of Veterans! If so I would discourage any Vet from ever going to this dental office as a matter of fact I wouldn’t refer anybody to this office!"
