In the 20 days they had my car, they completed 2 separate claims and exceeded my expectations while also waiving 1/2 of my deductible on both claims. Their staff kept in touch and updated me on their progress and where they were in the repair process. Upon completion of my vehicle, the young lady went over all my paperwork and made sure i was satisfied with the work performed while making sure i knew that i had lifetime warranty on the parts and labor the shop completed. "11 May 2023 my 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 was parked outside of my house when a driver was going at least 50mph in a residential area impacted my truck head on pushing my truck back 6ft. I had my truck taken to Georgetown Collision while I waited for the insurance companies to sort everything out.
