"Do NOT get your hair colored here. I told Erika my hair looks thicker when I have highlights and lowlights. I told her I wanted highlights and that my natural haircolor was dark enough to be lowlights. I came out of there with my hair DARKER than when I went in. So I told her before I left that it wasn't what I asked for- where are the highlights? And she told me to wash it with purple shampoo several times and it should lighten up. Well it didn't. So I call her to see if she will fix it and she said she's off on Maternity leave but to go see Eva and she will fix it. I already paid 100.00 for haircolor that I did not ask for, since she didn't do what I asked I assumed she would make it right. Nope this other girl went in and lighted all my hair and then CHARGES ME AGAIN. And I still don't have the haircolor I asked for. And they wanna charge me AGAIN to go back in and put in low lights, because she bleached the whole top of my hair instead of putting in a few highlights which is all it needed. Never have I had to pay for a stylist to do my hair when it wasn't done the way I requested. And both girls act like it's my fault. She said i should have brought in a picture. Ive never had to show a stylist a picture before to get highlights.. No customer service whatsoever."
