"I was rear-ended at a parking lot, and as you can see the damage was very minor, no paint chips, just some broken plastic on the bumper’s latching system. They charged $1219 for this repair, including $194 for a “Material, Paint” line item and over $600 for labor. Absolutely crazy - taking my business elsewhere next time. They had a quick turnaround (which was expected, this is not a major repair) I guess because they had parts on hand - but when I picked up my truck, the bumper wasn’t even reinstalled properly and they had to take the truck back for another 30 minutes. Would’ve let me drive off the lot if I hadn’t checked their work."

They performed quality work in a very reasonable timeframe, communicating with me about the availability of the parts and when the car will be ready. The car looks like new! They even washed it before giving it back to us. In addition, it is worth mentioning that this is one of the only shops in the area that would work with Kemper insurance. I had a great experience and will consider them again if I ever need body work done on one of my cars."

"Beware! Read the bad reviews! Same issues. Not sure what incentives they offer for leaving a positive review. I'd give them NO stars if possible. Took vehicle here for some PDR(paintless dent repair) and a windshield replacement from hail damage. Months later, after all the back and forth about getting the windshield replaced, finally go to pick it up to find they damaged the paint/clearcoat on one of the doors. Clearly not present in the before photos(they even said as much, then said "we're not going to repair it"). With no acceptance of responsibility or willingness to even work with us, they'll be hearing from our attorney."
