"The office staff, especially Robert, was very prompt and helpful. There was a dental assistant who took my x-rays, she was also kind. Dr. Torres was professional and explained everything very well. I would trust her to continue my dental work in the future if it weren't for the terrible cleaning and condescending treatment from the dental assistant, "Lidia". Not only did I wait at least 20-25 minutes to go from the exam to the cleaning, it was easily one of the most painful experiences I've ever had. The person cleaning my teeth was rough, rude, and just plain sour throughout the cleaning. She had the gall to ask me why I was complaining after she cut into my gum with the pick. Basically, because the cleaning was such a bad experience and because the appointment took almost 2 hours, I won't be returning. You couldn't pay me to go back to Dental Salon."
