"Horrible service! We got two drinks from here: the house milk tea with crystal boba and a purple love with regular boba. The house milk tea was made wrong, it was made with aloe vera jelly. When we went to get a new one the girl gave us attitude. And tried blame us that we grabbed the wrong order, while the display number was our order number. And to add to the fact that the sticker on the cup read house milke tea with crystal boba. They didn’t even make us a fresh new one, they just drained out the liquid and put it another cup. There was still chunks of aloe Vera jelly with the crystal boba in our second cup. Never ordering from this place again."
"Ordered the mango passionfruit tea with aloe vera since it’s 110 degrees out right now and wanted something citrusy and refreshing while strolling the mall. The shop booth is found on the center of the upper floor of the food court. Drink came within a few minutes of ordering and cashier was polite. Unfortunately, I did not expect or like the overpowering bitter tannin taste. It tastes essentially like a really strong black tea concentrate (with no fruity flavor) so I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone caffeine-sensitive. I’m disappointed both the mango and the passionfruit syrup were completely missing because.. well that’s literally the drink name and it really would’ve helped contrast the unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Paid over $7 for a drink I can barely sip.. Won’t go back."
"I’ve never been received worst service in my hole life! The cashiers are really rude both of them: Alani Jardon and the other girl with purple hair. By the way the drinks don’t have any taste at all."
"I got the strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba. I think overall the boba is what sets this place apart from many others, they are smaller which pass through the straw easier and pop, instead of being big and chewy. The boba was good. The drink itself was alright. Would I come back? I mean if a friend wanted to try it, but that’s about it. I don’t really see anything that would draw me back to this establishment. The drink was good don’t get me wrong, but there are other boba places that have gotten my business multiple times. I don’t know if I can say the same thing about this place."
"Quality drinks. I didn't need the attitude from the cashier, but the flavors keep this a 5-star. The boba is the exploding kind and not the gummy kind. Think: a thin grape skin around a syrup. They have about 6 boba flavors, too. Great tea and milk tea options, everything traditional plus some unique ones. It was hard to find, it's on the second floor in an island within the seating area of the food court. It's a small chain, I think less than 10 locations in the US."
