"Do not use the App to pay for your ticket when you have split checks. They were not able to refund me the amount that was charged to me on the first ticket. They said they refunded me the ticket and that was false. They credit me the food I ordered the next time I went. But they still owed me the difference. I went the second time and they now had no recollection of the issue. And they would not refund me how much was owed to me."

"First of all, our server was great, and she provided great service, but you could tell that the manager or shift lead was on a power trip. I’m pretty sure it was her screaming at the servers and cooks and it just created a hostile environment. Even saw one of the servers crying from how badly they were being treated by management. It just creates a really bad vibe when managers are like that. Another thing, it was obvious the manger loved ordering the workers around instead of taking the initiative to help out her workers because instead of charging us, she made us wait while she called the servers of the people in line. Like come on, everyone was busy and all I saw was her ordering people around instead of just doing it herself. Do better."

"IHOP on Main Street provided an exceptional dining experience during my visit to try the limited-time Willy Wonka menu. Rocco and Sandy's outstanding service, coupled with their thoughtful accommodations, elevated the entire meal. Every item on the menu was a delight, making it a memorable and delicious experience. Kudos to IHOP and their fantastic team for creating a delightful visit... Thank you !!"

"The Cali roasted melt sandwich was ok…. They did exaggerated in the mayo, it would’ve been a little better with not to much, and the burger for my son took forever to get there, he was the first one to order because he was super hungry and was the last to get his food after everyone’s else was served and probably 15 min after he got his burger, so that’s the time I waited to start my dinner with him, the waitress was helpful, she did ok, I just know something went wrong in the kitchen, overall the experience was nice, we enjoyed ourselves, that’s what we always try, to make sure the experience is about enjoying and tasting every plate and talk about which plate was the best of all."
