Pizza Hut

"Presenting Pizza Hut Carboard thin crust pizza. I think they forgot the rest of the cheese. It doesn't even look like Pizza Hut Pizza :-( By far the first time in many years we get this gross non presentable version of a "pizza." So disappointed!"

"My husband and I just finished our ‘dining experience’ at this Pizza Hut. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. For starters, walking in we were not greeted by the cashier (I believe her name was Tiffany since it is what is on the receipt) and when we walked up to the counter, the young lady was with a customer at the drive thru but it would have been nice for her to acknowledge us by saying “give me a moment” or “I’ll be right with you.” Instead, it wasn’t until my husband asked about where we should place our order did she rudely hand us a menu and said “here’s a menu, you can come up and order whenever you’re ready” Once we decided on what to order, we went up to the counter to place it. I had asked her if they had tap water and she said “no, but you can buy an Aquafina bottle” which caught me by surprise. How are you gonna have a dining section and NOT have FREE TAP WATER?! That should have been red flag number one. We decided just to get a Dr. Pepper, and when asked if there was ice, she told us “no, but the drinks are cold” (They were chilled AT BEST). Then she asked if we wanted parmesan and/or crushed pepper, I asked if they had any at the tables since we were going to sit inside and eat and she said “no, i don’t think any Pizza Hut does that” which is a flat out lie since I have been to the one on FM 802 rd. and that one DOES have the Parmesan and pepper shakers at the tables. We waited about twenty minutes for our food to come out and when the cashier brought us our food (which I was pleasantly surprised by, honestly), she passively told us “there’s cups and plates in the back.” The food was okay, it met the Pizza Hut standard, but GEEZ. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Why even bother having tables and chairs if you’re not gonna provide the full dining experience."

"Pizza and salad,good! Service not so good,it's like get your food go sit down. They do not have ice,there is no parmesan and dry pepper on the tables they have to be bought separate for a dollar each little bottle.IDK..I guess I was used to the old type of service,you know, the waiter comes to your table,takes your order,and then he/she brings you glasses with ice and the cheese and dry peppers are on the table and if you needed more they'll get you more ..anyways I won't be coming back to this pizza hut on Alton gloor.."

"Great experience! Warning: This pizza hut does not have ice or fountain drinks. The hottest Buffalo wings are pretty spicy. You can get half and half flavors on the wings, and there is currently a special where a large 3 topping is cheaper than a medium 3 topping. Also you have to pay for parmesan and pepper flakes. Would definitely return though!"

"The server cleaned what looked to be clean table right before we sat down. Very clean environment. Server i believe her name was mystic was very attentive. Food came out hot and great tasting. Server helped us with choosing lunch specials came with a little bit of everything."
