"My lash tech did a great job. She was super kind and explained everything as this was my first time getting extensions. However, because it was my first time getting lashes, I wasn’t aware my lashes needed to be washed. The front desk was supposed to relay this information and failed to do. This wasn’t brought to my attention until half a hour into my session. The music was kind of off-putting. While this is a small detail, the type of music played at the lash studio ruined any calm/relaxing vibes I was hoping to experience. Unfortunately, I ended up having a bad reaction to my lashes. It took a 24 hours for the redness and swelling to really set in, but my eyes have been swollen and an inflamed for the last few days. I received the lash set on a Saturday and removed them myself the following Monday to help ease the discomfort. In removing my lashes, I noticed several were glued in clumps which added to the irritation. My lash tech also pulled on my eyelid some during the session in an effort to open my eyelid. I think she was trying to ensure the lashes were getting stuff to my bottom lashes, but I also think the pulling and opening of my eyelids also added to the irritation I’ve experienced."

"This lash studio is amazing! I'm not from the area but I was in town for a month. Of course, I needed a refill and during my stay, I saw Master lash technician Hillary twice! She was amazing! If you want your lash extensions to look perfect and actually last, go see her. Megan M. at the front desk was a tremendous help with making sure all my specifications were met and properly transferred to my hometown Amazing lash studio. The studio was clean, the employees were friendly and I couldn't recommend this location enough!! Well done, Amarillo!!"

"The worse place in town to get your lash done. The tech was highly rude to my daughter with no cleaning or care instructions for a first time lash client. They quoted her the price for the lash style she wanted then ended up charging her 30 dollars more. We will be taking our business else where."
