"Last weekend I had the worst and most devastating hair experience. The stylist did the opposite of what I asked for and showed photos of. I mentioned wanting more brown than blonde, something natural that lightens and adds dimension. I ended up with blonde almost to my roots and she had to apply toner to my roots. Now, both sides of my part are different colors at my roots. I also have a large brown toner spot on my ends that I know she noticed at the end of the appointment. I’m assuming I had to pay a little more for the mistake. The color is so uneven and bright yellow/orange that I can’t wear my hair down or straight."
