"Called to receive price on a repair. Was given a reasonable price so we scheduled an appointment. When we picked up the car the price had almost tripled. They performed a service we didn’t authorize and we were never contacted to approve that service. Dealership had previously mentioned that service was not mandatory at the time. When confronted about the lack of authorization we were met with no response except someone would call us to discuss. Over a week later still no contact regarding this issue. We used to swear by this place before the ownership change. Will not be returning or recommending."

"WOW 10/10 will use BEE CREEK AUTOWORKS AGAIN! Executional service, and experience! They fixed everything on my 1998 RAV4 which for a Toyota ended up being a nightmare (unusual I know)! They literally fixed everything wrong with my 1998 RAV4! They stand behind their work and warranty!
