"Management and staff are horrible. Ordered food to be delivered between 1:46-2pm, I didn’t get it till 2:30. Chicken nuggets and fries were cold. I reached out to management and they wanted to just shut me up and give some pity dessert! Save it, and do better!!"

"This ChickfilA constantly messes up my order. I usually get drive-thru, and 9 times out of 10, something is not correct or not cooked correctly. A few times for breakfast and lunch, my food was cold. This location is a mess. Either the staff isn't being trained properly or the manager just doesn't care."

"I always love going to chick fil A for lunch because their food is always amazing. I came here for lunch with a friend of mine. We ordered Chicken nuggets and sandwiches and our sauces were chick fil a sauce, Polynesian and ketchup. The staff were very attentive, the environment was very friendly and chill and the food from chick fil A (in my opinion) is always a 10/10."

"The lettuce in my salad is multiple days old. Brown and wilted. I always thought Chic Fil A did better. On the flip side, staff is always professional and nice and logistics are on point during the order process. Very disappointed in the brown, wilted, almost rotted lettuce."

"Sorry to say this but you let me down Chick-fil-A . Specifically this morning it’s understandable if you forget about a couple sugars and creamer with my coffee but it’s not ok to hand me my coffee spilled over the lids and over the bags . Maybe it was a simple wrong step or footing on the way to curbside or maybe lack of attention to detail . Still inexcusable. Oh did I forget to mention I was waiting half an hour at curbside I know as customers we have to wait it’s a no brainer obviously but still if your going to make customers wait at least make sure the curbside order is in Order."
