"My last service was a horrible experience. I was checked about my review comments by an advisor that thought it was ok to perform a service I asked him not to do- I paid for it and it later bit me in the butt because the alignment was not performed correctly, and the technician damaged my wheels. The advisor Geraldo who never returned emails meets me with the it's not our fault attitude- I simply responded with a question in regards to protocol and referred him to thier video that's taken when the vehicle is brought in to comfort his doubt- instead of him continuing to insult my integrity.The technician was so careless not only did he damage the wheels and not say anything about the damage he caused, he also didn't think my car needed tire stem covers, or to be aired up to reccomend tire pressures or correctly perform the alignment! 8 trips later going back and forth from Midtown Houston to League City, I'm met with arrogance and negativity by the advisor to the point I actually told him if he had nothing good to say to not say anything at all. A week later the wheels were repaired, new stem caps were added, and they topped off my fuel after they had driven the car for 6/8 miles testing the alignment. I appreciated that they fixed the wheels their technician damaged, replaced the stem caps the technician did not put back on the car, and that they replaced the fuel they used out of the car, however I felt I should have been refunded for the alignment or compensated for the time I had to take off from work and go back and forth to correct an issue I didn't cause. The Asian manager I spoke with felt they did their part to correct an issue they didn't cause. Dont know if they filed a claim against my wheel warranty as the advisor mentioned at one point but what I do know is my treatment was subpar. The advisor and manager mention other businesses as if they were beneath BMW, but for the cost of the alignment I paid for I could have gotten the alignment and a one year warranty, the owners take customer service serious, and I've never gone there and had my property damaged and treated like the business is doing me a favor by fixing their mistakes on my time. Unacceptable, and I will make it my lifes mission to let everyone I know become informed of my overall BMW experience. When I purchased my car from BMW Southwest I couldn't even get assistance, as I was leaving a salesman heard my conversation and gave me his price list and directed me on how to use it to help myself. I've had dealerships not honor internet prices and now this experience. I think I may have to go back to Cadillac or Lexus- I've never experienced this treatment there."
