I had to have some extensive work done, I was very anxious because of previous experiences elsewhere, he assured me I'd be ok and that I would be numb and wouldn't feel a thing. Dr. DeMarco and Stephanie took the best care of me. This was the first time I can remember not having to have the procedure stopped to re-numb me. He worked efficiently and effectively and talked me through the entire procedure. He truly listened to me and heard my concerns and met me there. The entire staff is warm and kind. "Twenty-five years ago my family and I moved to Wisconsin from Houston to help aging parents. The day we arrived I walked into a butcher shop to buy dinner but had forgotten my wallet. The proprietor welcomed me to town and told me to just pay him the next time I was in. It was the best and warmest welcome to a new community we have ever had --- until I went to Dripping Springs Family Smiles. We returned to Texas from Wisconsin in July and I went to Family Smiles for a cleaning. They weren't able to get my x-rays from my Wisconsin dentist -- and rather than make me come back, they took an entire series of x-rays for free. Drs. DeMarco and Quintana both came to introduce themselves to me and welcome me back to Texas. It has replaced my Wisconsin experience as the warmest welcome I've ever received. What a wonderful office and amazing and engaging staff!"
