"My wife and I started using TORC Dental in 2023. Our first appointments went well - there was no waiting around in the lobby, everyone was friendly, and the facilities were really nice. The location is right here in Drip as well, so that made it nice for us. After our initial visit we were informed that our insurance carrier was not going to cover a particular x-ray even though both TORC Dental and I were under the impression that it would be covered, and that became a headache to deal with. TORC Dental tried to work with the carrier, and my wife spent a lot of time listening to the carrier blame TORC Dental, and in the end we were stuck with a bill for the x-rays and the relationship felt strained. However, Dr. Cheung took time out of his busy schedule to email me about the situation, and even called me on my cell to discuss everything. I really appreciated him doing that because that sort of customer service is pretty rare nowadays, and I feel like a lot of providers care more about their relationship with the insurance carrier than their relationship with customers, but that is not the case with TORC Dental."

The doctor was completely transparent about what was needed and what wasn’t, his plan of attack to help get me back on track with healthy teeth, everything from start to finish was just the best. The bottom line is a that Dr. Cheung is a good dentist handicapped by poor administrative practices/procedures."
"I went for a new patient exam and cleaning since my previous dentist no longer takes my insurance. Dr. Tristan and his staff were excellent. They were very skilled and efficient with no unnecessary waiting. In addition to an exam and cleaning, Dr. Tristan gave me several helpful reminders about what I should be doing on my own to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. All his five star reviews seem to be completely justified. I highly recommend TORC dental."
