"I am agreeing with a post below regarding this office not clearly letting patients know if they are in network or not. I was referred by my orthodontist and called this office to make an appointment and provided my insurance information. I have been to PLENTY of doctor appointments and they let you know if you are in network or not. No one told me that I wasn't in network and now I have an outstanding bill for a regular exam. The front desk staff is very unprofessional as they don't even acknowledge you when you step into the clinic. Dr. Desai and his nurse were great and Dr. Desai was professional and thorough with his plan of treatment. However, the front staff needs to be well-trained and informed of in-network/out-of-network policies."
