"I'm sorry but after paying $5000 plus with PPO and Pro Dental Professional thanks went to Mexico for vacation to get married it's been months and I was never contacted for my new crown. I have the temporary crown on the odd and now the temporary crown came off and no one's there for me just saying. They are so selfish. They didn't call me to put on my new crown letting me have a temporary crown after a cleaning they were so greedy to have the payment for Cleaning. They never once mentioned my new crown so now I have to buy a crown kit from CVS during the holidays. Do the math do the math do the math"
