"I feel very upset been going there for a while today I got a regular cleaning to maintain a deep cleaning I did 3 months ago. I got charge $50 when my insurance should cover any regular maintenance cleaning ! Anyways they clean my teeth in less than 5 min came home and see my teeth dirty in some spots NO Dentist saw me ! When I did ask for one doctor since I had questions about my health. they charge me the $50 before I even got my treatment and I wanted to talk to front office NOBODY WAS THERE ! I wanted to ask for other procedures prices and I did wait everyone was in the back , I wanted to talk about the cleaning and why I got charged for a regular cleaning as well ! But they never came to the front called 40 min later from home and nobody answered my husband my kids and I are Out if this business Not trustable."

"I can not express how GREAT my experience was at Autumn Family Dentistry. It was my first visit. I have severe dental anxiety so I was very hesitant to even make an appointment. I’m so glad I did! The office is beautiful. It is updated, clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk were friendly, fast and efficient. I had a short wait before they called me to the back. I worked with Guiselle the most. She was FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable(even down to rubbing my shoulder while I was receiving numbing injections. It was so comforting and put me at ease as my anxiety was rising.) She was kind, patient and extremely understanding. She was very genuine with her actions. Autumn Family is lucky to have her. Dr. Pham was just as great! She was also very kind and understanding. She worked quick while explaining everything. I knew I was in good hands. She checked in on me throughout the process. She was very informative and made me feel comfortable with what treatment I needed. I would recommend her 1,000 times over. The office as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "I can’t express how thankful I am to have such an amazing dentist office to take my kids! I have been taking them here since their first dentist appt and now going on over three years and would not go any where else. They take such great care of my babies as if they were their own. When we walk in we are greeted with such sweet staff always. Brenda in the front desk always helps us out with our appointments, insurance, and explains clearly about what my babies will need and how the appointment will go, she is SO awesome!!! We love her! If we have an emergency they are always able to get us in ASAP! Also thankful for Adrianna! When our babies are in the chair she is above and beyond amazing with our kids and makes them feel safe and comfortable always. The dentists are outstanding and take such great care of us! The kids love the play waiting area, being able to watch Netflix in the chair, and especially the treasure box :) And I love that their teeth are always in the best shape and love to go! Really so grateful to have found such an incredible dentist office and highly recommend!"
