"Really tried to get work done here. Had my car here to get my ac condenser replaced. 3 days after drop off I called since no one reached out to me with an update. According to them they haven't even started. Apparently there are two big engine jobs going on taking priority in 2 of their garages. They says they should be starting the next day (4th day) okay fine. I Call on the fourth day to see if they have any idea when it would be done as I figured I'd possibly be able to pick it up on the fifth day and I needed to make ride plans. Again they haven't started and they stated they have no idea when they will even be able to. They were Having some sort of shop issues and still working on those engines. I'm in a rental car, I can't afford to have a shop take multiple days just to get started and with no start date in sight, especially when I was told that it could be started the day after I brought it in. I get things happen, but I couldn't even get a phone call update from them. If you know that you haven't started, and that you're not gonna start for a while because there's complications with other jobs, why can't you call your customer and keep them informed? In my opinion, it's unacceptable. on the fourth day I told them never mind, picked it up, and took it to a different shop who could start same day as drop off . Yes, it's about $70 more, but I don't have time to wait for this shop to decide when they can start on my car. I know shops get busy, but i'm just mainly disappointed in the lack of contact and updating. It cost me a lot of money for a rental car for those four days to still not have my car started on nor fixed. So if you come here, be aware, you might be waiting, and you'll have to call in order to be updated with anything that's happening (ie. delays, issues, shop problems causing said delays etc. ). That's just my experience though. Unfortunately I probably won't be back."

"These people are SO GREAT! Needed a front end alignment on an older truck. They did not even close to try to dig in my pockets. David was very professional and super knowledgeable . I had some worn parts and they offered me a very fair deal! They showed all of this also. The shop was nice and clean and the staff were dressed in nice uniforms. I will highly recommend this shop for all types of repairs! Thank you so much for the great service and the knowledge yall have. Will be bringing the truck back for sure. I'd give them 10 out of 10 stars. Thanks again."
