"I was preparing for a cross country trip and asked him to get my truck road ready. He blew my head gasket. He didn't bother telling me.. he stopped responding to any calls or texts instead. He never gave me a receipt. He said his app was faulty. His "shop" is in his yard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. he literally told me he works from his home because he wanted to be able to ensure every job was done right. Then he destroyed my truck, lied to me about it, then refused to talk to me about it. I learned exactly what happened after I went to get new tires installed after I left his shop. The mechanic is unprofessional at every level. He is slime. Don't trust him. I see you responded here. You still haven't responded to my texts. You never said a word about any chance of anything you were doing would destroy any part of my vehicle. You also never bothered to let me know that there was any damage to my vehicle. You assured me it was great and you successfully completed the job, you said everything was absolutely ready to go to across country with my family. If you had bothered to tell me of any issues, I would have had them immediately addressed. You lied to my face instead. Then I took it to get new tires and asked them to check the brakes too. They brought every single worker over to see them because they could not believe I was even able to have made it to them with the mess that was made of my brake lines. Then they went to test if it needed an alignment and soon after, explained what else I now need to fix. They knew it was fresh out of the shop so they were a little disgusted."

In town from michigan...my car broke down at mcdonalds...I called the mechanic...they came out, found the problem went and got parts, fixed my car in the McDonald's parking lot.just under 2 hours from my break down time...to being back on the road. Amazing!!! Also I was amazed when they sent me a Google link that allowed me to follow where in route they were as they were getting parts ect....truly my heroes, especially being so far from home and broke down. Wish I had a mechanic like this in michigan!!!!"
