"Went in for an oil change. Only 4 cars ahead of me and it took 2 and a half hours . 2.5 hours of waiting !!!! No explanation or advance warning. This is ridiculous amount of time. Always in the past I was advised if it would be over 45 minute wait. I'll go elsewhere."

"They'll turn you away later in the day/when they have a long line, to lighten their work load. I was told they couldn't do my headlight because they don't have it in stock. The lady showed me her tablet screen as "proof". She was dumb enough to show me a screen for a specific bulb that wasn't in stock. I was able to walk inside and buy the bulb myself after she showed me. Gave an extra star because not everyone there is that bad. They do some quality work from time to time. This was just annoying. Edit: Just to make sure I had the right bulb, I googled it for my car and then I used their book inside to double check. Both said H11. I've never seen H11 bulbs out of stock, either. Just make sure you're dealing with a good person when you go."

"Called 2.5 hours before closing, asked if they would have time to put on 2 new tires and do my front brakes, the guy told me yes and that they weren’t busy. I drive 45 minutes to get there and the guy who comes up to my car tells me they don’t even do brakes. I drove all that way for basically nothing when I could’ve tried somewhere else. Don’t trust what you hear on the phone if you call them. I don’t recommend this place."
