"I’m sure he’s a great dentist but that was just not my experience. I came in for a consultation where he came up with a treatment plan. I know my teeth are bad so I did not expect this to be cheap, easy, or 1 time job. He came up with a treatment plan and I scheduled my appointment for the first 4 extractions and a bridge. The cost was discussed with me and given to me on a sheet of paper that said how much I’d be paying for the first procedure. So imagine my surprise when I show up yesterday and they are requiring me to pay $1000 more than what they asked me to show up with even though I have the original treatment plan in my hand that has the original price. Mind you, when I ask him why he felt the need to come up with a whole new more expensive plan, his reasoning was for cosmetic reasons. Mind you, I did not come in for cosmetic reasons, I came in because I have holes in my teeth and I’m in pain. He refused to do his original treatment plan. Then had the nerve to ask me why I’m upset. Maybe because he doesn’t have to choose which bill not to pay when he takes off a day of work just for people to play around in his face. Yeah I don’t trust him after that and I just can’t let someone that I don’t trust, into my mouth with a drill. I will be finding a new dentist."

"I was not happy of the service I was provided. I was not given the option whether to do the extra evaluation X-ray they did which was not covered by my dental insurance. I was just there for a routine cleaning and I had a surprise bill of $225.71 They could have explained it to the patient first that regular X-ray which is covered 100% is not enough and therefore I had to go through a more intense X-ray evaluation which is out of the pocket then I would have not done my routine cleaning there. I will not go back to this dental office at some point in time. Most dental place they will explain what extra services they are going to do and how much is going to cost you … but not this one. I would not recommend this dental office at all."
