"This was my first visit at this office. I had to change dentists because my insurance changed and found this clinic with my insurance’s suggested list of doctors. The visit was for a routine check up. It was quick and I was in and out on a Thursday evening. I appreciated they had office hours at this time because I work during the week. They mentioned they are also opened one Saturday of the month. The staff was friendly and gentle with my cleaning. Even with their building under renovations, the office was not cluttered or messy. I’m happy to have found this dentist office and will continue to go to them for my routine check ups as long as they’re accepted by my insurance. I even recommended them to a family member that lives in the area."

"Great place as soon as I walked in I felt welcome when they greeted me. They also offer memberships for discounts on cleaning and X-rays to people who do not have insurance. The dental hygienist was great she did a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me feedback on my teeth care. The dentist was great young and energetic. She gave me great feedback. I will be back. They are also remodeling I can't wait to see the upgrades."

"This facility took nearly a year to complete my dentures. My bottom denture does not fit comfortably. They demanded their payment in full prior to the delivery of my dentures but, failed to expedite my fees with my dental plan within a timely manner so that I can take advantage of my premium policy. Never explained details or specific related to delayed payment processing in their behalf, With over $7K invested in this procedure the organization continues to ignore the urgency of my claim reversal. My ultimate goal was to retrieve the reimbursement to seek a resolution and replacement of my bottom dentures. This claim reimbursement was $2K. Beware before you make a commitment to this office for your dental needs. No one will provide me with the contact of corporate office. I will be handing this matter to the BBB for resolve. I didn’t ask for charity. I selected this dentist to support a small business within the 3rd ward community. I was hoping for better service, products and timelines. Very unhappy client…"
