"I’ve done business with Smilepoint for the last two and a half years. I got my braces removed September 11th. They have disappointed in nearly all categories. Let’s start with financials. When I started my orthodontic journey I was offered a payment plan I opted for a biweekly set amount to be pulled from my bank account. The first payment that came out was nearly $400 this was 4 times the amount I originally agreed on biweekly. When contacting the financial team they could give me zero information other then the payment was not posted to my account, so they had no record of them pulling the $400 from my account. Once the payment cleared my bank was able to look into it we found that the $400 withdraw was for another patients account the ACH included the other patients name and phone number. That should have been an indicator to cut ties with them. However, I wanted straight teeth so bad and they were one of the few offices in Victoria who offered ortho. Next disappointment was during my appointments. While in the Victoria office they would call back new patients who may be getting consulted. They may have had a later appointment time then you, but they were still being pulled back before you. The manager would say this is how she does things and if I didn’t like it I could transfer offices. I did. After moving to the Cypress office I experienced a very unpleasant technician who told me my braces weren’t going to help my smile much more then they already had because the shape (like actual shape of my tooth not condition) of my teeth were not good. I thought my journey with braces would make me more confident. However, technicians like that brought the confidence levels way down. Another instance of disappointment was when I drove nearly an hour for my appointment just to find the office was closed. They offered me an Amazon gift card for the inconvenience. The most recent occurrence of frustration is when I had my biweekly ACH pulled two weeks after paying my account in full. I have reached out to several people with no response. They still have the payment they pulled from my account. While Dr.E and majority of his team are very kind they are only a part of this journey and can only do so much to help. I would avoid doing business with Smile Point at all costs they are crooks and they are terrible at communicating."

"Everything with this Dr and Rosie has been awesome!! My huge complaint is the call center that sets appts. They don’t listen to you, they don’t understand me fully, they claim they sent email to have Rosie call us and no return call, did they really send email? I got to my appt today to find out it’s not with the Oral Surgeon, no one had a clue why I was here, the receptionist Stephanie was very helpful, however no one has yet to return her calls about what she can do today for him. please do something with call center as they are not setting appts right."

"They are not timely. Appointment was originally for 3, they called and moved it up to 2:30. It has been an hour and half and still have not been called to the back. They don't have the courtesy to even give you an explanation of what is taking so long or even an apology for the wait."

"I love these people!! They are so cheerful and make everyone around them happy.. it’s a Wonderful environment. Mrs. Debbie went above and beyond for me on my visit. And the Ortho’s there are really nice. They will listen to you if you have any concerns."
