"Horrible.I believe 95% of these five stars review are fake because if they are real than these customers don't really know behind the curtains how their vehicles are getting fix. Only reason why I had my vehicle brought here and get repair from an accident was due to my attorney recommended them. It was a headache and waste or time dealing with this shop. When I finally receive my vehicle back, I had it inspected by a GMC specialist and the horror and unsafe repair done. When the specialist showed me every single thing that was done to my vehicle, it was like every single nuts and screws was tighten my hand and done in the dark. Save yall money and stay away. A 5 year old would have done a better job"

"I had the flywheel on my van replace and my starter replaced at Modified a few months back, and they were able to complete the work within a few days. Unfortunately, when they installed the new starter, they didn't install shims to properly align my starter. When I notified them that my van would not start again, they did come and tow my van back to their shop to free of charge to fix it. THAT WAS 36 DAYS AGO. I was told it would be a few days to a week for them to re-repair my van. They claim they had to wait for parts to arrive, but those also had arrived there 11 days ago now. I call nearly every day to check the status on my van, and keep being told, "one more day". I confirmed today that my van hasn't even been put inside the shop to be fixed. ALBERTO has been the Mechanic to oversee that my van gets done. ALBERTO, If you would kindly get it done promptly, I will delete this. GET IT DONE MAN"
