"Bad customer service, they never answer the phones. I sent over information to the lady about a week ago for a quote she asked me to send my DL and vin# to a separate number I was told I was going to get a call back with quote and never got one call after I’ve sent over my info still no quote. I’ve been calling and calling no one ever picks up. Worst company ever they do not prioritize their customers and do not make you feel like your business is important! There’s plenty of insurance companies in TX I would suggest going elsewhere apparently this company is too busy for their customers to even answer their phones. Smh"

The family at Low Rate has always taken care of me with fast, detailed and inexpensive policy work. I use them when I don't even live in this part of Texas! I just call them, talk to them about my needs and they get it done. "Monica lied to a provider telling them I had previous insurance of 6 months without my knowledge. I received a letter in the mail saying I was going to be canceled for undisclosed reasons. I called to find out what was going on speaking with Brenda, which kept putting me on hold. Finally, came back and offered me another insurance company and kept mentioning a discount that I did not ask for, so I became frustrated. All I wanted to know was why I was being canceled, and she kept talking in circles and then finally putting Monica on the phone. She tried the same tactics of talking in circles, mentioning discounts, and didn't want to explain until the end that when she set up my insurance she told the provider that I had a previous insurance of 6 months to get a discount. She lied to the provider without my knowledge, so the decided to cancel me. The people at this office are obviously trained to lie to you and talk in circles, so you need to be warned. Monica is obviously not the person you want handling your insurance needs because she will go to the extreme to lie to the provider for whatever reasons for her needs. She is crooked and needs to be dealt with by the city and bbb to get this company out of here. And with your comment below, you're still lying. We talked about me only having a 1 month payment because the car was just parked. Then you came back with a quote for a 6 months policy. Don't try to cover yourself. You knew very well that I hadn't had insurance on the car in years b4 I purchased the monthly 1. So there was no mistaking the history. Again with the lies. It's Neverending with you and the city and bbb have already been contacted."
