"They don't Sanitize the room after a patient leaves the room"

"My mom got dentures here, they didn’t fit and she told the dentist but he refused to fix them and told her she would get used to them even though she looked like a horse her mouth didn’t close because of the huge dentures. Mom is elderly and she doesn’t wear them at all because they don’t fit! They refused to listen to her or help"

"I was calling all day for 2 days because my husband needed an appointment ASAP and nobody ever answered the phone. I sent an email and I didn’t get a response either. We finally went in person at 4PM and they were already closing. I asked if they still closed at 6PM and the front desk said yes but sometimes the doctor leaves whenever he wants?? It says “emergency walk-ins welcome” on their doors and yet they told me the earliest appointment they could give my husband isn’t until May 9th.. it’s April 25th today. Won’t be returning."

"Amazing Place! This is a very personable, clean, sanitary and technologically advanced dentist office, a really great place for your dental needs. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Everyone is friendly and caring and the dentist is very knowledgeable and takes time to find out about your allergies, your general health and any meds you may be taking. He is very thorough and actually listens to any concerns you may have. He then followed through and solved my problems that I couldn't get any other dentist to solve. Also most dental offices you visit for a cleaning will have the dental assistant do this procedure, but Dr. Martinez is hands on and does it himself and does a very excellent job. I felt no pain or discomfort as with other dental offices. But most of all he doesn't pad your bill with a lot of unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend Big Texas Dental and Dr.Juan Martinez,DDS."
