"Horrible customer service, no proof, no solid explanation as to why my dad has been waiting since 2019 for his dentures. They told my dad his dentures were ready but then the shutdown happened & this wasn’t considered an emergency service, so he waited. Finally went in person that same year to make an appointment, but They claim that our insurance hasn’t fully paid them, yet, they had told him it was ready months ago. Apart from having to self-pay for a sum amount, the dental center claims there is no record. He went last year with proof of payment but no luck. Disappointed."
