"I would avoid, the admin MIchelle is extremely disrespectful and after driving an hour and hiring a babysitter for my sick 18 month old I was told I could not be seen because I was 17 minutes late for an appointment. I called the office three times before leaving my home to let them know I would be late and nobody answered. In my experience I have had to wait over 17 minutes in the lobby before being seen by a dentist, however they can not make an exception for a patient. I also had an appointment recently scheduled 6 months in advance, and a week before the appointment it was cancelled with no explanation as to why it was cancelled. When I spoke with the admin Michelle, she was extremely rude and on a power trip. She would not make an exception and was very rude in her tone how she spoke to a long standing patient of 10 years. I don't think a delayed arrival of 17 minutes is going to put you or other patients out. Exceptions should always be made for paying long-time customers, however this business doesn't value their customers enough to respect them. Will NEVER be back again!"
