"This is Such a great team! From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with a beautiful Smile from the friendly front office staff! When I made it to the back I met with Dr. Chance who had a wonderful bed side manner! He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan. He is highly knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns with so much patience and consideration. All of his staff is friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this office to any one who has a dental phobia like myself. "Update after 4 years: While he always remained kind and charismatic, I unfortunately realized he does not prepare at all for follow up appointments by reading up on what had been done and discussed at last visits. He had no recollection of prior discussions we had about reshaping a tooth despite having notes in the system nor any recollection of him actually doing the procedure himself. He instead suggested the opposite of what he had previously suggested. When he then looked into his notes, he disregarded them and thought they were incorrect although they were not. This was very upsetting and surprising, and I lost my trust in him after this experience. Initial review: I'd give Dr. Chance and his staff 10 stars if I could. If anyone has had bad experiences with dentists and gets anxious with every visit, Dr. Chance is your guy. He's friendly, funny, patient, explains everything in detail, and makes sure you're doing well every step of the way. He is finally a dentist that you can trust and will make you feel comfortable. If something needs to be done that's out of his expertise, he has great physicians he will refer you to. His staff is just as exceptional including Maria at the front desk as well as all his assistants. He was referred to me by a friend and I've since referred him to several coworkers who are all equally satisfied."
