"I went in for a cleaning based on recommendation and convenience to my work. I thought I was getting a cleaning. When the bill came, it was for full mouth debridement which no one informed me of before the procedure. My insurance only paid for a portion of the bill but not the full. If I had known that a debridement would have been done, I would have never done the procedure here. When I ask to speak with Dr Riley, I was told she would contact me. It’s been three months and I have not heard from her. Bait and switch practice. Very shiny and hip but no ethics. No wonder my insurance stopped doing business with this clinic."

"Superior service and even better teeth!! I recently switched to Dr Riley’s office for my quarterly teeth cleaning from the office I went to for a few years. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months and pay out of pocket. The out of pocket expense is 3 times more than the other location I went to for years. This location is closer to my house and they offer a laser that helps with gum bleeding and sensitivity and much more. The the dental hygienist are gentle and kind. So far I am impressed with this office and dr. I don’t mind paying extra for QUALITY. I do wish they had some dental insurance discounts though for people without insurance like me."

"Dr. Riley and her staff are amazing. I had been told by many people who could go anywhere to get work on their teeth that dr Riley was the most talented and reputable cosmetic dentist in Houston. After going to her and having work done I agree completely. But in addition to her talent, Dr Riley and her staff are so kind and make what could be a hard process worry free. They take the time needed with each patient to work through any questions, concerns, etc to make sure that you are completely happy and comfortable when you leave. The way they treated me with such kindness when I had some anxiety deserves ten stars!! Best in town!!!! Love this group!!"
