"For my first teeth clean, the dental assistant was very rough. Never in a my life time have I had so much pain during a teeth cleaning. My assistant was super nice so I was trying not to be a Karen. I was told that I would need a crown for my root canal and was not walked through the procedure on putting on a crown. I was caught off guard by the whole performance. On top of that I asked and mentioned multiple time that I had a retainer. Once my crown was placed, they said I would have a new retainer made. If I would have mentioned that I had a retainer, then I wouldn’t need a new one made. WHICH I MADE THEM AWARE OF. Seems like they are trying to run your pockets. The front desk kept asking me to make another appointment once I told him I would call In."

I do not like going to the dentist in the least, but Houstonian Dental made the process much less stressful. The dentist was straightforward but kind. She let me know what was going on and the options that I had. She never pressured me into anything, she simply made recommendations based on the issues at hand and left it up to me about what I wanted to do. This is the best dentist I have been to in years.
