"Lovett Dental wants money and that's it. I'm not coming back and would advise others to stay away. Go in for a general cleaning and they offer you stuff that cost 9k and refused to just do what your insurance covers. I been going to other dentists for years with no problem and now all of a sudden boom! I'm asked to fork over 9k for a "treatment plan". It's like when you go in for an oil change and they try to rip you off with some new found issues. They called me twice on the day before my appointment that was already scheduled for cleaning. 1st call was confirmed, 2nd call "what are you coming in for?" I'm like didn't we already discuss this? "Oh, well you can't come in for cleaning it has to be done by a specialists" They don't want money unless it's coming out of your pocket. They are grifters"

"02/05/24 edit: the billing SCAM after just a routine check at Dr Williams only got worse. Now they say I own 198.21$ for fully covered by insurance (which is Aetna dental, billed 50$/month) routine medical exam!!! They put some insurance change charge despite the fact that I have the same Aetna dental insurance. They put additional late charges for God knows what. THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT IS SCAM. And the medical office can’t adjust the issue. Stacy from the office tried to help but they saw that I reply and just scammed me for more!!!!. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST UNTIL YOU ARE INTO SUING SCAM COMPANIES 01/13/24 edit: I am editing my review due to Stacy’s efforts to resolve the billing mistake. I am grateful to Stacy who actually tries to help. As I understood, part of the billing was mistake from my insurance company (around 50 for normal cleaning got skipped bc was on another page or smth like that), another part of the billing mistake.. we didn’t figure out where it came from. I will further edit the review if the mistake gets resolved completely. 01/09/24: Still get SCAM BILLS! Went for a routine oral medical exam long ago to Dr Williams. Paid for fluoride, the rest exam was covered by insurance. Later on, got a bill in my mail that I owe 100+ $. Just a collection bill. No info to submit a claim to my insurance (I pay 50$/month for dental insurance, and it covers like everything based on my experience outside Lovett Dental but I can’t even submit anything to them with no treatment info on the bill). I called the number, they said they won’t send any bills, just mistake… but now I am just getting these scam bills with late payment accumulated fee. Just SCAM. Beware! Submit your report to CFPB and write everywhere to warn people about their billing scam."

"I have been going to Lovett for several years now. They changed locations (from Kirby to Buffalo Speedway) but the excellent service is the same. I had low expectations given the reputation of 'chain' dental offices, but their staff is extremely friendly and responsive. And the dental work has been top notch."
