"Have been a patient at Bristles since they first opened. Dr. Parik and her staff are incredible! They make you feel comfortable and welcome. The dentist can be a stressful place however they make the whole experience easier with their chair side manner and added comfort menu. Sunglasses are offered so the doctor’s light doesn’t blind you. Blankets are offered in case you get cold. There are also tv’s so you can watch your favorite show or movie on Netflix and relax. This is like the iPic of dentistry. Highly recommend Bristles to anyone who hates the dentist. I actually look forward to my visits! Thanks, Bristles Team for keeping me smiling!"

"Friendly and caring staff! Going to the dentist usually isn’t fun but I find myself looking forward to my visits because I know my dentist and I are working together to give me the smile I want!!! The staff is VERY accommodating and always go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable even let you pick what you want to watch on Netflix! The work that Shirley does is just truly perfection! You can tell how much she enjoys what she does when you look at your smile in the mirror and it’s perfect!"

"Went for a deep cleaning, young healthy and fine with mild bone loss. They tried to charge me for a deep clean again coming 3 months later for a regular cleaning. My wife is a dental hygienist and says this is a scam. They also try to sell you all sorts of things and are very pushy. Not very good communication regarding insurance either. My new Dentist made sure my insurance went through, made me confirm with my insurance, and even explained to me the price and copay briefly before. Bristles just charged me an insane amount"

"I recently changed insurance, and before I scheduled my cleaning I worked with the front desk and they told me my insurance was in network which turned out to be untrue after talking to my insurance company. The experience was less than pleasant and costly. I was in pain for the next 24 hours after the cleaning. They recommended me to go to a endodontist and when I arrived at my appointment I also found out the endodontist was not in network and I had to pay $300. I called the Dr. Parikh's office explained what happened and they showed no empathy towards the situation. I asked to talk to the doctor and they said the she would contact me back within 24 hours. It's now been more than 3 days and nothing. The moral of the story is don't trust this office, do all the leg work yourself when it comes to checking if they are in network or not. I will not be returning."
