"Called to see if they could give a second opinion on an issue my mother had and was placed on hold for a good while and instead of just saying they could at least see her to check it out they proceed to ask all these questions. Main one of course was if she had insurance. Of course, money driven like always. I’ve called other places and instead of trying to ask all these questions over the phone they ask for us to come in. Like maybe get a grip and try to be professional and get the information in person instead of over the phone? Or just say you rather not be responsible for taking another patient that you might not be able to help. Waste of time."
