Take 5 Oil Change

"Excellent service! I made an appointment online for the same day which put me ahead of the car in front of me. They changed the oil, topped off fluids, changed filters and put air in the tires and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes!! I stayed in my car, it was fast, reasonably priced and beyond convenient! No more waiting in a stuffy Jiffy Lube for over an hour! I’ll be a loyal Take 5 customer from now on!!"

"A veteran should not have to ask 3 times for an advertised discount posted on your building. The service person tried to forget and charge me full price - I was not happy. Customers have choices were they can go for an oil change, please be more attentive to what is advertised in the future. The service was great...otherwise"

"Was welcomed with a cold bottle of water. Got an oil change and state inspection in under 15 min once in the bay. Very pleased with the information and services provided. They recommended I replace the cabin air filter, which was obviously very dirty. I was charged $50 for it which I thought was pretty high, but they said it was a carbon filter. My fault for not asking ahead of time, but I think they should have given me a heads up on the price…or given me options of a different filter."
