"Dentist and assistance team are good, the environment is peaceful but my temporary crown came off after 4 days and the staff was not willing to stay an extra 30 minutes to allow me to come in and get it glued back on until Tuesday, when I’ve been in pain since Saturday. Google clearly states that are open until 5p.m. Sherry in the front office said the close at 4:30 on Monday due to COVID, which makes no sense and said there’s nothing she can do after I told her I’m in pain. A usual temporary crown lasts me two weeks before it comes off. Took 2 vacation days already for my treatments and asked if I could run in after work which is 4:30 and get there by 4:45 since I live 12 miles away. Going to find another dentist who is more flexible with extended hours on weekdays and open on Saturdays to finish out my dental work. Spending $1,000 out of pocket on top of insurance for the two visits I have and they are still not able to make one accommodation even though their hours still state they are open until 5 online. I have a very tight schedule and therefore will just have to glue it back on with drugstore cement until my last appointment on February 9th and hope my tooth still stays intact for two more weeks. Disappointed is an understatement."
