"The ppl that work here are nice and well as the actual dentist but their scheduling is horrible be prepared to wait an hour after your scheduled appointment time before you are actually seen . Also for ortho they do not work around the kids school schedule so be prepared to have your kids miss quite a few days from school if you want to stay on track with their adjustments. Before moving forward with letting my teen get braces i ask will they have Saturday ortho appointments because her consult was on a Saturday here we are 9 months in and they have never had ortho on a Saturday and they do not work after hours. This is so frustrating…If i can find an orthodontist that will continue my child’s care I’m definitely leaving this location."

"Update review 02/22/24, I honestly wish I had something good to say about this location but every time I come in there is something going on. My appointment today was at 3:30 pm. It is now 4:54 and I am still waiting in the lobby to get called in!!! This place is in serious need of new management! End of updated review. Worst dental office I have ever taken my daughter to. They always have excuses for everything. They don't have an on staff Orthodontists, my daughter is always seen by different doctors. They are always switching up her appointments and never seem to get anything right. Their workers don't seem to care about your concerns as well, just do yourself a favor and go to another dental office. Came her to save so money and time but defiantly not worth it. If you are looking for an Orthodontist Woodlands Village Braces Dr. Petty is the best he treated both my older daughters and did an amazing job! If I could give no stars I would!!!"

"Horrible horrible . I hate I got my son braces here . Wait time . No matter when is the worst . It will not be less than 1 hr at all !!!! Every month and no matter the day or time of the appointment, is the same thing . Then they have these “specials” were they have $500 off of braces and try to rush you into it but they give that promotion every month . Save yourself the trouble of going through this ! There are much better dentists offices that give the same service without wasting your time . Currently looking for a different dentist office that can just continue the treatment for us instead of."

"Definitely will not be returning, staff acts like they have amnesia! Constantly had to ask for a prescription (two weeks) for my antibiotics , teeth didn’t hurt before getting fillings now it’s a constant pressure when back in for this they want to run my insurance again, also asked about my response from the orthodontist virtual assessments since they took pictures everyone is clueless. Also brought my children appt was quick no dental bags given like most dentist offices"

"I went for the first time today to rodeo dental to get a cleaning for my 3 year old son. I had an appointment at 2:30 and they called asking if I can come in earlier, so I came in at 1:30 as requested. When I arrived, I was tried to talk to the male receptionist but was arrogantly told to enter my info on the sheet. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back up to ask if we were checked in. He then asks me if I filled out paperwork and insurance info. I told him that I was paying cash and already filled everything out. Then he says to sit down and wait. I ask how long is the wait because I was told to come early and my appointment was for 1:30. He said it would be another 15-20 minutes. While trying to get more information, he states he couldn’t help me because someone else started talking to him. I was very appalled by the service I received. DO NOT come to this location."
