"Kind, attentive staff. Thorough provider that explains the treatment plan and doesn't rush through appts. My experience with more intensive procedures requiring sedation have all gone very well. I was explained what was happening, kept comfortable and even a follow up call the next day to ensure comfortable recovery and to answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend. "Dr. Ferguson provided a very thorough and clear explanation of what my husband's current dental situation was. It was in line with what our dentist had said. Most importantly he provided options we could pursue with absolutely no pressure that we use his services. His is very knowledgeable and his manner is friendly and professional. His staff is also friendly, courteous and efficient. We decided to start the process of having 2 molar implants. My husband had 2 molar extractions yesterday and today he is feeling no pain. Highly recommend."
"Overall an efficient practice in a nice environment. I know how valuable true constructive feedback can be, so just a couple of tips: The registrar at the front that checked me in said that I didn't follow instructions because I was a male. She was joking and I took it as funny but a better first impression could be made. As an fyi the email says that if I don't fill out my paperwork beforehand to show up 10 min early. I was there 20 min early so technically followed the instructions. If this isn't what you prefer you should clarify in the email. The doctor spoke to me while I was seated in the exam chair but was behind me, making it impossible to see him while he spoke. Face to face contact always leaves a better impression. There were a lot of unnecessary jargon and details shared that didnt really help make my treatment plan more clear. Making this more simple and easy to understand would be more efficient for you. Hope this helps. I plan to continue coming and overall likes the experience but wanted to pass along some friendly advice."

He was very straightforward and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that he would be able to come up with a plan to help me because my situation is pretty serious.
