"The office manager Jen has horrible customer service. I work for a dental office and never would I speak to patients the way she does. She is not helpful, rude, and very condescending. If this is the behavior from an office manager it doesn't speak highly of the dentist. Honestly, I feel very sorry for the patients that have to deal with her."
