"I absolutely love this office! I’m always greeted by such warm smiling faces each time I visit. However, my last visit was a bit different. Not sure if the ladies at the front desk were busy or just not as welcoming as other times. I walked in and said hello and one of the two ladies spoke but never looked up from their monitors. I proceeded to let them know my name and appt time. Neither said a word… I sat down and just waited for my name to be called. Once called to the back, the energy changed! I wish I’d gotten the names of whom worked with me, but both ladies (one did my x-rays and the other cleaned my teeth) were so kind, in good spirits, very warm and informative! The doctor is always pleasant, kind and thorough! Outside of the little hiccup at the beginning of the appt, I would have given a five star review. Granted this was the first time I’ve encountered this with this office… But I feel that the first contact with clients/customers should be a good one all the time!"
