"I cannot say I think much of the warranty fix with the key fob issues. Not one of Nissan’s better ideas but if it is safer this way, they have done this at least. The staff were very friendly. Gonzalo was tops with customer service. This was a very clean, well arranged reception area. The wash they gave me was very good and their suggestions for upcoming service that will be needed were positive well detailed in the explanation."

"Absolutely atrocious service. I brought my Titan that is 2 weeks old and 900 miles for warranty service and they denied my warranty. The warranty was for misaligned bumper and door trim that was also misaligned and wasn't flush. They denied it saying it needs to go to the original dealer for warranty work. They were unable to show me where in the warranty states it needs to go back to the original dealer. Further more the original dealer is a 3 hour round trip and I tried to explain this to them. They did not care that I had to haul a 3 young kids 3 hours for warranty service that should've been done at that dealership. Basically the service advisor could only say "I am only repeating what my manager told me". The manager was unable to tell me why he denied the warranty. Only that it is denied."
