"I love this place SO. MUCH. Dr. Tran’s office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are truly a reflection of Dr. Tran herself! My husband and I found this office searching around the area and others don’t hold a candle to the efficiency of this office. Dr. Tran works efficiently and thoroughly so you can trust that you’ll be in and out quickly. She’s extremely respectful of your time as well, scheduling my whole family at once. We actually switched our insurance for a year to save money, but ended up going back to our previous plan solely so that we could see Dr. Tran again. She doesn’t suggest unnecessary work and you don’t feel like you’re in a dealership for Invisalign (as some competitors down the road do). She really makes you feel as though she cares about you individually and wants whatever is best for you. Also side note, something we really liked was that she has televisions mounted above her examination chairs (and gives each person sunglasses to wear just in case the brightness of the examination light is bothersome). She is so efficient and timely, you probably wouldn’t be able to watch a whole episode of anything, but it was a wonderful distraction for our 1 year old for his first dentist visit. Our boy loved the experience!"

"My husband had a severe tooth ache because of his wisdom teeth. I called in Monday morning and told them how he was in pain, and Dr. Bao was able to see me that same morning. Ended up taking out the tooth. Instead of giving the localized pain numbing all at one go, she did it little by little to ensure that he won't feel pain and yet not give too much. I went to another dental and they flat out refused to treat my husband and instead directed us to see an oral surgeon, which in my opinion, was unnecessary. We will keep on going to see Dr. Bao. The front desk ladies were efficient and friendly, and they took care of all the insurance paperwork with BCBS."
