"Literally just got off the phone with the rudest secretary. I asked for a service that was previously done for me at this clinic a very simple prescription refill to my pharmacy. She states I have to come in to receive prescription refill paper not to be seen but to get a prescription refill that can easily be called over the phone for convenience purposes. She refuses although I’m very sure she is the one who I basically had to make do it the first time. I asked to speak to someone else and she rudely cuts me off and ignored my request. Then tells me there is no one else and that I’m threatening her by letting her know since it is already a misunderstanding I don’t feel comfortable coming into the office ESPECIALLY if I have to deal with her. All in all I’m in pain no prescription refilled and she hung up in my face because she wouldn’t get someone else to the phone. Is this your customer service protocol? Where is conflict resolution or just plain decency because a secretary is supposed to make things smoother and easier. Do you want the meds or not is what she asked me. She would not listen to my questions in full I was cut off before I even could finish talking. Where is management, I am really upset at this early morning interaction. Technology has upgraded and I shouldn’t have to pack my 6month old up call a Uber and travel to the SW in the wet and cold when a phone call can be made for me to pick up at my nearest pharmacy. Can someone please respond because I enjoy the nurses and dentist but ALWAYS have a issue with the front desk!smh"

"I went for regular check, had no issues. They suggested "cleaning". The lady worked on my teeth so long she was stopped by another "dentist". They scheduled me for another visit but someone said they cant work on me no more. So, no problem, I walked out happy, my teeth felt OKAY RIGHT? NOW I LOST ALL TEETH ON SIDE SHE worked on!!!! Run, don't ever ..."

"Service here is terrible. It takes my mother in law & I both to call to get The next step done. After having tooth pain for 2 months and at the time being 5 months pregnant to now 7 months pregnant and still having the same tooth pain and being limited to Tylenol, it took them that long to see me and after seeing me and knowing i had a infection in my jaw they said it would take 3 weeks for the pre authorization to get a root canal. They did not prescribe me no pain medication. Currently on the phone with them now after them telling me they would call me back after asking the dr about pain medicine (which didn’t happen) been on hold for 10 min after her asking if I can hold. & Front desk does not understand anything I’m saying ever. Everytime I call I have to speak to her as if I’m taking to a one year old. Very unprofessional said I didn’t need pain medicine that I just need to finish my antibodic which does not work right away so therefore I still have pain."

"It was my first time taking my baby there. The staff is friendly and the Dr is nice. The visit was quick. We had an appointment for 2pm and we were done by 2:40. We got in at 2pm and had to fill in paperwork and sign. Then called into the exam room. They have a TV in there that kept my baby busy till she dozed off for a minute. The Dr and assistant came in a few minutes later. The Dr brushed her little tooth and gave advice on how to keep her tooth and mouth clean. The assistant walked with us to the front where they had a balloon for my baby to play with. The front desk helped to set up her next appointment and we were out of there. Dr. Odia moved to deer Park FYI. So I had to change my baby's dentist. This Dr is good. I like her. The staff is welcoming and they love kids."

"After the amazing words of them from my sister in law and the amazing work they did with her son's teeth; and he was a patient for 15 years. I set my daughter up with them. She's been going for 2 years now and they are awesome!! They do very good work and the staff is all very well educated. Very clean office and friendly staff. The actual dentists are very good too and with they're patients"
